弱智儿童听觉中潜伏期反应和40Hz相关电位 被引量:1

The evaluation of 40 Hz AERP and MLR on the hearing in infellect-handicapped children.

摘要 目的:对弱智儿童40Hz听觉相关电位(40HzAERP)、听觉中潜伏期反应(MLR)和听性脑干反应(ABR)检测结果进行比较和评估。方法:在作过ABR测试的基础上,对65例(130耳)弱智儿童和30例(60耳)正常儿童记录40HzAERP和MLR,对两组各项结果进行比较。结果:弱智组40HzAERP和MLR波形出现率在20dB(nHL)声强刺激时明显低于正常组(P<0.001);40HzAERP反应阈较正常儿童增高(P<0.01);弱智组MLR波潜伏期较正常儿稍延长;MLR各波振幅较正常组明显降低(P<0.05)。40HzAERP检测弱智组的波形出现率、反应阈值等与正常组儿童的差异小于ABR。结论:弱智组平均听力较正常儿童差;40HzAERP在评价弱智儿童听力时敏感性比ABR高。 Objective:To evaluate the results of 40 Hz auditory event related potential (40 Hz AERP),middle latency response (MLR) and auditory brain stem response (ABR) in intellect-handicapped and healthy children.Methods:After the ABR test,40 Hz AERP and MLR were recorded simultaneously in 65 cases (130 ears) of intellect-handicapped children and 30 cases (60 ears) of healthy children.All of the results of two groups were compared.Results:The discovery rate of 40 Hz AERP,and MLR waveform in diseased children was lower than that in healthy controls when the acoustic stimulation was below 20dB (nHL) ( P <0.001).The amplitude of MLR waves was lowered significantly ( P <0.01) than that in healthy children.The responsive thresholds of 40 Hz AERP were increased ( P <0.05) and the lafency of MLR was somewhat prolonged in diseased children.The difference of discovery rate of 40 Hz AERP waveform and the response thresholds between diseased and healthy children are lesser than the results of ABR in the same objects. Conclusions:The everage hearing of intellect-handicapped chileren are lower than healthy.40 Hz AERP is more sensitive than ABR in evaluating the hearing of intellect-handicapped children,the residual low frequency hearing acuity of diseased children can be detected by 40 Hz AERP.
