莱姆病伯氏疏螺旋体分离培养方法的改良 被引量:5

摘要 目的为了解和认识贵州莱姆病的存在情况 ,试图对常规分离培养莱姆病伯氏疏螺旋体的方法进行改良 ,以获得更好的分离培养效果。方法在常规法基础上改良 ,采用实验室模拟和对比观察 ,选择现场应用予以验证。结果取鼠类膀胱组织用于分离的效果较好 ,改良法的分离率高于常规法 (10 0 0 % ;6 0 7% ) ,前者检出时间比后者一般早 5~ 8天 ,同等条件下培养伯氏疏螺旋体 ,在改良法管中的生长繁殖速度明显要快 ,BSK培养基用量小。 Objective In order to study and understand distribution of Guizhou Lyme disease in more effective ways, try to find out an isolated and cultivated method of Borrelia burgdorferi that better than common one. Methods Based on the common one, the improved method adopted laboratory simulation and comparative observation. Furthermore the improved method was testified when applied on the spot. Results Rats bladder texture which is the ideal material for the isolation, the result was, improved method compared with the common one, the spending time was 5~8 days shorter and the isolated rate was 10.00%;6.07% in the common method. Under the same condition, grow and breeding rate was obviously faster than the common one when cultivated Borrelia burgdorferi, less in the amount of BSK medium. Conclusion Improved isolated and cultivated method of Borrelia burgdorferi in Lyme disease is better than the common one.
