摘要
:随着网络经济的迅速发展 ,电子商务以其交易的便捷性与开放性 ,在经济中发挥着愈来愈重要的作用。但是由于网络本身的特点 ,电子商务在降低原有意义上的交易费用的同时 ,也带来了诸如交易双方信用难以确定等问题 ,这些问题降低了市场的交易效率。交易的顺利完成需要有效中介的介入 ,提供产品以及交易双方信用等有关信息。本文运用经济学和博弈论的分析手段分析了市场对中介的需要 ,中介本身面临的激励与约束 。
Electronic commerce has played an important role in the economy. But due to the characteristics of electronic commerce, many problems arise, such as the uncertainty of both parties' credit. In this article, Game theory and microeconomics methods are applied to analyze the need for the market intermediary in the transaction and the reason why it will increase the market efficiency.
