摘要
采用规范的经济学方法 ,通过微观模型和宏观福利分析 ,指出网上交易仍然存在各种交易费用。最优交易方式取决于基础交易费用以及中介效率 ,高效率的网络中介交易优于直接交易。
By using the normative economics approach, a microeconomics model and welfare analysis, the necessity and trend of intermediaries in the network economy are discussed. This article argues that due to the fact of some kinds of transaction cost still exist in the deal of network, transaction through some efficient intermediaries will bring all sides more benefits than that of the direct transaction between the seller and buyer. The intermediaries will not disappear, on the contrary, they will win more opportunities of development.
