摘要
体育课教学是学校体育工作最重要的内容 ,学校体育教师教学能力的改善和提高是顺利完成学校体育教学工作的根本保证。经过调查研究 ,文章明确提出了学校体育教师教学能力所包含的各项具体内容 ,并对组成体育教学能力的诸因素进行了分析论证 ,有助于广大体育教师全面改善教学能力 ,提高体育课教学质量 ,增进学生身心健康水平。
The PE teaching is the most important content of school PE work.The improvement of PE teachers'teaching abilities is the fundamental guarantee for the successful completion of the school PE teaching. Based on a research, the author of this paper defines the concrete contents of the PE teachers'teaching competence and analyzes the factors that comprise the PE teaching competence. This research is helpful in the all-round improvement of the PE teachers'teaching abilities, the qualities of PE teaching and the health of students.
