摘要
为解决我国水资源短缺问题 ,促进膜生物反应器工艺的开发及实用化 ,在分析了膜生物反应器工艺污染物去除机理的基础上 ,推导出该工艺出水水质的表达式 .探讨了膜生物反应器工艺污染物完全氧化理论 .根据膜生物反应器工艺组成及特点 ,采用自行设计的由高位水箱、液位平衡箱、一体式膜生物反应器组成的处理工艺处理实际生活污水 ,在水力停留时间分别为 5、2h时 ,分析了部分出水水质指标 ,并与回用标准进行了比较 。
In order to solve the water shortage, and impetus the development and application of the Membrane Bioreactor Reactor (MBR), the expression of the effluent water quality of MBR is deducted based on the analysis of the mechanism of pollutant removing. The theory of complete oxidization of pollutant of MBR is discussed. According to process composing and characteristics of MRB, with self-designed process consisting of high level tank, liquid level equilibrium tank and integrated MBR, sanitary waste is treated. Some factors of effluent water quality are analyzed and compared with the standard of wastewater reuse while the HRT-5 h and HRT=2 h respectively. It is proved that water reuse with MBR is practical.
