摘要
CD44是细胞粘附分子的重要成员之一,其分布广泛,具有多种生物学功能。近来研究发现 CD44参与许多肾脏疾病的发生发展,与炎症细胞的浸润、新月体的形成、系膜细胞的增殖、肾小管间质损伤以及肾移植排斥密切相关。进一步探讨CD44在不同肾脏损伤中的作用,对于阐明肾脏疾病的发病及进行性进展的机制和指导治疗具有重要的意义。
