摘要
目的:探讨开展规模化连续多台经巩膜隧道小切口白内障现代囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的护理配合。方法:固定专人专职操作的流程作业,对白内障手术实施规范化的手术配合。结果:手术配合有序,手术时间由原来的每台50～60min,缩短到15～20min,平均16min,无感染发生。结论:充分的术前准备,默契的术中配合和完善的管理机制能保证术中安全,预防感染,提高手术成功率。
Objective：To explore the nursing assistance and management in the large-scale cataract surgery through scleral tunnel small incision non-phacoemulsification ECCE and IOL implantation.Method：By the assembly line method of specified nurse,the normalized operative cooperation was performed in cataract operation.Result：The normalized operative cooperation is helpful to improve the clinical efficiency and effect,no infection had been found.Conclusion：The sufficient preoperative preparation,the tacit assistant in the middle of the operation and the perfect management mechanisms ensure the surgical safety,prevent infection and improve the success rate of operation.
