摘要
为探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)与皮肤肿瘤的关系,作者用流式细胞免疫荧光技术,检测了33例皮肤良恶性变。结果显示:EGFR的相对含量荧光指数(FI)在恶性肿瘤中的表达明显高于良性肿瘤(P<0.001)。提示EGFR在肿瘤的生、发展中也起着重要的作用。
In order to explore the relation betw een epidermal growth factor recepto r(EGFR)and the skin tumors,33cases of vario us skin tumors were analysed with immunofluorescence staining technique a nd flow cytometry.The results showe d that the fluores-cence index(FI )representing the relative content o f EGFR in malignant skin tumors was all higher than that in benign ones(P<0.001).This suggested that the EGFR was very likely to play an important role in t he development and progress of the sk in ma-lignant tumors.
