摘要
对白癜风患者皮损组织液内皮素-1进行定量测定,以探讨内皮素-1在白癜风发病及疾病转归中的作用。采用放射免疫方法检测了27例稳定期白癜风患者白斑及非白斑区皮肤组织液中内皮素-1含量。皮损区皮肤组织液内皮素-1含量为68.86±14.28pg/ml,非皮损区皮肤组织液内皮素-1含量为38.80±16.68pg/ml。两组间采用配对t检验,结果显示白斑区较非白斑区内皮素-1含量显著增高,统计学示二者间差异有显著性(P<0.001)。本研究提示内皮素可能与白癜风的发病有关,并可能在白癜风的转归中发挥作用。
We first determined the skin tissue f luid endothelin-1level in patients with vitiligo in order to study its ro le in pathogenesis and prognosis of vitiligo.Radioimm unology technique was used to determ ine the tissue fluid levels of endoth elin-1in 27patients with vitiligo in stable stage,from both l esional and nonlesional regions.The level of endothelin-1in lesional r egion was 68.86±14.28pg /mL,while in the nonlesional was 38.80±16.68pg /mL respectively.The former was significantly higher than th e latter statistically(P<0.001).This study suggests that endothelin-1may play a role in the pathogenesis of vitiligo and may take effect in th e prognosis of vitiligo.
