研究了丙烯酸酯共聚物压敏胶的单体组成、合成工艺对产品性能的影响 ,确定了合适的工艺条件 :反应温度 80~85℃ ,反应时间 6h ,BA与MMA和AA的质量比为 7∶3∶1,BPO用量为单体量的 0 5 %~ 0 7% ,加入聚合物量 5 0 %的填料和5 0 %~ 80
The preparation and properties of modified acrylic ester copolymer pressure-sensitive adhesive were investigated.The relationship of product's properties and composition of monomers,the amount of packing materials and tackifier,the synthetic technology were studied.The results showed that the suitable conditions were the reaction temperature 80~85℃,the reaction time 6 hours,the mass ratio of BA and MMA and AA 7∶3∶1,the mass ratio of copolymer and packing materials 1∶0 5,the mass ratio of copolymer and tackifier 1∶0 5~0 8.
