摘要
采用丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯酯等为原料,通过接枝聚合反应制备聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶。探讨了丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯酯及交联剂用量,引发剂的加入方式,胶液粘度对压敏胶性能的影响。结果表明,丙烯酸用量为3%,醋酸乙烯酯用量为23%,交联剂含量为2%,引发剂配制成溶液在聚合反应前3.5h内匀速滴入反应体系中,胶液黏度为2.3Pa·s时,压敏胶的综合性能最佳。
With butyl acrylate, ethylhexyl acrylate,acrylic acid and vinyl acetate, a series of acrylate pressure sensitive adhensives were prepared by graft polymerization. Influence of fractions of acrylic acid and vinyl acetate, adding method of crosslinker and viscosity of adhensive on bonding properties of the pressure sensitive adhensive were discussed. Experimental results indicated that combination property of the adhensive was best when mass fraction of acrylic acid was 3%, mass fraction of vinyl acetate was 23%, mass fraction of crosslinker was 2%,initiator was prepared as solution first and then dropped into the reaction system 3.5 hours before the begining of polymerization reaction, and viscosity of the system was 2.3 Pa. s.
