摘要
采用电化学和薄层光谱电化学方法 ,以三电极系统在酸性介质中对邻联茴香胺(ODA)电氧化性质进行了研究 ,测得邻联茴香胺的克式量电位、电子转移数和扩散系数 ,实验结果表明 。
The oxidation of o _ dianisidine(ODA) has been investigated at platinum minigrid electrode by UV-Vis optically transparent thin _ layer electrochemistry technique. From the experimental results of thin _ layer voltammograms and UV-Vis spectro _ electrochemistry of ODA in pH 2.0 BR buffer, it was found that the oxidation of ODA is a two electron transfer reversible process. In addition, the formal potential V0′ and electron transfer number n were calculated from spectra at different potentials. The diffusion coefficient was measured by single potential step chrono _ absorptiometry.
