摘要
目的 :观察党参和枳实及党参、枳实合煎剂对大鼠离体胃肌条收缩活动的影响。方法 :取大鼠不同部位胃肌条并置于平滑肌灌流肌槽中 ,累积加入不同浓度的药物 ,记录其收缩活动。结果 :(1)党参剂量依赖性增高胃底纵行肌张力 ,增大胃体、胃窦环行肌收缩波平均振幅及幽门环行肌运动指数。 (2 )枳实剂量依赖性降低胃底纵行肌张力 ,胃体、胃窦环行肌收缩波平均振幅及幽门环行肌运动指数。 (3)党参、枳实合煎剂的作用与单独使用枳实的作用一致。结论 :党参对离体胃肌条主要为兴奋作用 ,枳实则为抑制作用 ,党参。
Objective:To study the effect of Dangshen,zhishi and mixture decoction of Dangshen and zhishi on contractile activity of isolated gastric muscle strops in rats.Methods:Each strips was suspended in a tissues chamber,dangshe or zhishi was added in tissue chamber and the motility of the strips was recorded.Results:(1)Dangshen increased fundic longitudinal muscle the resting tension,the mean contractile amplitude of bodied and antral strips and the motility index of pyloric circular muscle.(2)Zhishi decrease fundic longitudinal muscle the resting tension,the mean contractile amplitude of bodied and antral strips and the motility index of pyloric circular muscle.(3)The effect of mixture decoction of dangshe and zhishi like the zhishi.Conclusion:Dangshe stimulated,whereas zhishi and mixture decoction of Dangshen and zhishi inhibited contractile activity of isolated gastric muscle strips in rats.
