根据水利部发布的《水利建设项目经济评价规范》(SL72 - 94) ,就改造工程在作经济评价时对工程效益。
In this paper, several computing methods for project benefit, investment, and annual operation cost when the economic assessment is made for the improvement of pumping station are analysed and discussed.
