摘要
目的 :探讨电视腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床应用价值。方法 :比较腹腔镜卵巢囊肿手术组 70例和开腹卵巢囊肿手术组 46例的临床疗效。结果 :两种术式的术中出血量 ,术后住院天数和术后肛门排气时间有显著性差异。腹腔镜卵巢囊肿手术损伤小、术中出血少、术后恢复快、住院时间短。结论 :腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除损伤小、恢复快 。
Objective:To explore the clinical application value of video laparoscopic surgery to the treament of ovarian cyst. Method:The clinical therapeutic effects of 70 patients with ovarian cyst treated with video laparoscopic surgery were compered with those of 46 Such patients treated by laparotomy.Results:There were Singificant differences in the amount of bleeding during operation,the duration of postoperative hospitalzation and the time postoperative flatus occurred between the two groups.Video laparoscopic surgery caused minimal damage and a small amount of bleeding during operation so as to make the patient recover sooner with a hospitalization of short duration.Conclusions:Ovarian cystecomy throu video laparoscopy may be an ideeal mode of operation for choice because,as mentioned above,it causes minimal damage and makes the patient recover Sooner.
