摘要
目的探讨超声刀在妇科腹腔镜中的应用。方法对使用超声刀进行的42例妇科腹腔镜手术进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者术后恢复良好,无出血、感染等征象,血常规、体温在手术前后差异无显著性(P>0.05)。与使用套结方法进行的手术相比,患者术中出血量、住院时间也无差异,但超声刀组患者的手术时间明显少于机械方法(P<0.05)。结论超声刀是一种止血效果较好、手术时不产生烟雾的腹腔镜能源设备,使用超声刀会大大缩短手术时间。
Objective To investigate the application of ultrasonic scalpel in laparoscopic gynecological surgery. Methods Analyzing results of ultrasonic scalpel applied in 42 cases of gynecologic laparoscopical operations retrospectively. Results All of the patients were retrived well postoperatively. No infection and postoperative bleeding were observed. There was no significant difference between pre- and postoperative examinations on temperature and white cell acounts. There was no significant difference between ultrasonic scalpel group and the routine laparoscopical surgery in dealing with the operative hemoragae and duration of hospitalization as well,but the operation time in using ultrasonic scalpel is much less than routine laparoscopical operations. Conclusion The ultrasonic scalpel gives an effective hemostasis,can significantly reduce operation time,and generates no smog during operation.
