摘要
以壬基酚与三氯化磷为原料 ,合成了三壬基苯基亚磷酸酯抗氧剂 (TNP)。采用正交设计的实验方法 ,考察了反应温度、保温时间、搅拌转速等对产品质量的影响 ,并对所得产品进行了性能评价。结果表明 ,亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂TNP有良好的抗热氧老化性能 。
This paper uses orthogonal design method.The in fluence of reaction temp erature,reaction time,agitation velocity on production quality is discussed. The application test of the product shows that phosphite antioxidant TNP is bett er in heat aging resistance,it is substantially a non-discolouring stabiliser for synthetic rubbers.
