摘要
针对尖山矿业公司生产的磁铁矿粉滤饼水分偏高的情况 ,以木质素磺酸钙为助滤剂进行了初步试验研究。试验结果表明 ,在加入量为 3 0g/t时 ,木质素磺酸钙因絮凝作用和表面活性而使过滤速度增加 ,滤饼水分可以降低 0 3 3个百分点。
In view of the high moisture of the filter cake of magnetite powder of Jianshan Mining Co.,experimental research was made on using lignin calcium sulphonate as the filtering aid.Test results have shown that,at a dosage of 30g/t, lignin calcium sulphonate can speed up the filtering through its flocculation function and surface activity.As a result,the fiter cake moisture can be reduced by 0.33 percent point.
