摘要
德兴铜矿原采用陶瓷过滤机和折带式过滤机过滤铜精矿,滤饼水份偏高,为此,德兴铜矿从西班牙康明克斯公司引进了三台APN板框式压滤机。通过对APN压滤机最佳工艺参数的试验摸索,完善了APN型压滤机控制规程,规范了操作,降低了滤饼水份。
Ceramic filter and belt filter was original used for copper concentrate in Dexing copper mine, and water contained in the filtered concentrate cake was high. Due to this situation, Dexing Copper Mine introduced 3 APN plate and flame filters from Spain Kangmingkesi Company. Based on the research on APN filter optimum process parameters test, improved the APN type filter control procedure, regulated the operation, and reduced the moisture of filter concentrate cake.
