亚微细β-SiC陶瓷粉的制备及反应机理探讨

摘要 本文采用直接化合法制备亚微细 β SiC ,研究了合成温度、C/Si摩尔比、保温时间对β SiC陶瓷粉合成的影响 ,总结出了合成工艺制度。对直接化合法合成β In this paper,submicron β SiC powders are synthesized by direct combination method.The effect of mol percentage of raw material,synthesis temperature and time on synthesis of β SiC powders is discussed.The reaction mechanism is investigate.
