摘要
以聚二甲基硅烷为原料 ,采用正交设计的方法研究了常压高温裂解重排法中反应温度、裂解温度、保温时间对聚碳硅烷结构的影响。结果发现 ,该合成方法的最佳工艺条件为 :反应温度 4 70~ 4 75℃ ,裂解温度 5 60℃ ,保温时间 6h ;3个因素对聚碳硅烷的显著性影响顺序为 :反应温度 >保温时间 >裂解温度。从聚二甲基硅烷出发合成的先驱体聚碳硅烷的支化度较低。
s:The effects of reaction temperature,pyrolysis tem perature and heat retaining time on the structure of polycarbonsilane (PCS) in the synthesis of PCS from polydimethylsilane with the process of pyrolysis rearrange were studied by means of orthogonal design.The results showed that the optimized synthesis conditions were reaction temperaturc 470~475 ℃,pyrolysis temperature 560 ℃ and heat retaining time 6 hours.In addition,the influence markedness of the three factors was reaction temperature >heat retaining time> pyrolysis temperature.The higher PCS’s linearity,the better its spinnability.
