摘要
研究了由聚二甲基硅烷热解制备聚碳硅烷的过程，探讨了合成条件对产物特性的影响。提高反应温度，产物的分子量与熔点随之增高，但同时分子量的分散性增大使可纺性劣化。
Preparation of polycarbosilane (PCS) by pyrolysis of polydimethylsilane has been investigated. Effect of synthesis condition on the properties of products was studied. Molecular weight and melting point of products increase with increasing reaction temperature, but the dispersity of molecular weight increases at the same time, which results in the degradation of spinnability of PCS. PCS with desired properties has been obtained by using suitable preparation method.
