摘要 提出了一种针对已建的地面钢质贮罐底板防腐蚀的阴极保护新技术。它运用定向顶管施工方法把镁带牺牲阳极呈辐射状水平地直接埋设在罐底下 ,然后与罐底板连通。它的优点有 :施工不影响贮罐的正常生产运行 ,阳极布置合理 ,罐底保护电位分布均匀 ,日后阳极更换方便 ,对于贮罐的电绝缘要求较低。这一技术已经在华北油田的 5 0 0 0m3 和 10 0 0 0m3 各两座原油贮罐上应用取得成功 ,所需费用仅相当于贮罐一次大修换底费用的1/ A novel installation technique for cathodic protection of soil side bottom of existing above ground storage tank has been developed. Magnesium ribbon anodes are installed in radial pattern beneath the tank bottom by directional drilling and then connected electrically with the bottom. The advantages of the new technique include: no interference with continuous operation of the tank, reasonable arrangement of anode location, uniform distribution of protection potential on the entire bottom, easy replacement of the failed anode, reduced requirement for electric isolation of the system. The technique was successfully applied to two crude oil tanks with the capacities of 5000 m 3 and 10000 m 3 in North China Oil Field. It costs only 1/3 of the expense for the replacement of the whole tank bottom. So significant savings could be obtained.
