摘要 结合燕化100000万立方米浮顶式原油贮罐生产条件进行了国产CF62(07MnCrMoVR)钢埋弧自动焊焊丝筛选及工艺评定试验;并对母材、埋弧焊接头各区进行了金相分析、扫描电镜断口分析及力学性能试验。试验证实,所选焊接材料及工艺完全能满足大型原油贮罐的设计要求。证实用国产焊丝的埋弧自动焊方法可用于国产CF62钢的大型原油贮罐的建设。 In light of the production condition of 100, 000m3 oil storage tank, the filler wire selection and technology evaluation of submerged-arc welding of CF62 (07MnCrMoVR) steel were investigared. Metallographic analysis, fractographic analyses by SEM and mechanical property were carried out. It was proved that the selected consumables and technology fulfilled the requirements of large oil storage tank design. The submerged-arc welding using Chinese filler wire is reliable in construction of CF62 steel tank.
