国产低合金钢腐蚀疲劳和辐照脆化行为研究 被引量:8

摘要 对广泛用于压水堆核电厂压力容器材料的国产 5 0 8 3低合金钢进行了模拟压水堆一回路介质条件下的腐蚀疲劳试验及辐照条件下材料及其焊接接头的冲击性能试验 ,研究了高温高压水和辐照的反应堆环境对材料特殊力学性能的影响。试验结果表明 ,高温水环境对国产 5 0 8 3钢的低周疲劳性能有影响 ,但不明显 ;中子辐照引起 5 0 8 3钢脆性加剧 ,但分析表明 。 Low cycle fatigue behavior of type 508 3 low alloy steel manufactured in China for nuclear power plant (NPP) pressure vessel was researched in simulated pressurized water reactor (PWR) primary environment, and the impact properties of the material and the welding joint were also tested under the condition of radiation. The effect of the environment of high temperature, high pressure and radiation on the special properties of the materials were studied. The results show that there is some effect on the low cycle fatigue properties of type 508 3 low alloy steel in the environment of high temperature water, but not significant . At the same time the results also show that the neutron radiation increases the brittlement of the materials, but analysis makes clear that the RT NDT does not excess the requirements stipulated.
