CAUSTIC STRESS CORROSION CRACKING OF Fe-Cr-Ni ALLOYS

摘要 介绍了核电站蒸汽发生器传热管Fe Cr Ni合金、特别是 80 0合金的碱性应力腐蚀破裂 ,总结了材质成分、热处理、应力、冷加工、环境和电化学等因素对Fe Cr Ni合金的碱性应力腐蚀破裂的影响 ,并归纳了预测应力腐蚀破裂敏感电位的方法。 The caustic stress corrosion cracking (caustic SCC) of Fe-Cr-Ni alloys such as alloy 800 used for steam generator tubes of the nuclear power plant is introduced. The effects of materials' composition, heat treatment, stress, cold working, environmental and electrochemical factors on caustic SCC of Fe-Cr-Ni alloys are summarized. Some electrochemical methods for predicting the sensitive potentials of caustic SCC are described.
