二氯化汞致兔中毒性肾病和急性肾衰血中过氧化脂质的测定

摘要 给实验组家兔(n=10)静脉注射二氯化汞(2.5mg/kg),48小时血尿素氮、肾系数都明显高于对照组家兔(n=10),肾脏肿大、色苍白,镜下呈肾近曲小管广泛变性坏死。表明已造成中毒性肾病和急性肾功能衰竭。用硫代巴比妥酸显色法测定血浆过氧化脂质(LPO)浓度,发现实验组LPO 浓度较注射前显著升高(P<0.001),与对照组比较,也显著升高(P<0.001)。提示在二氯化汞引起家兔中毒性肾病和急性肾功能衰竭中,脂质过氧化反应可能参与了二氯化汞引起的肾脏损害过程。 After venous injection of mercuric chloride(2.5 mg/kg),the blood urea nitrogen and renal coef- ficient in rabbits were greatly increased in 48 h.Meanwhile,the renal tissue showed a picture of toxic nephropathy consisting of extensive proximal convoluted renal tubular degeneration and necrosis.Itis clear that toxic acute renal failure had occured.By means of measurement of lipid peroxidation (LPO) in plasma (by indirect measurement of TBA—reactive substances),we found that LPO in the experi- mental group compared to the control group was increased markedly(p<0.001).The results indicate that lipid peroxidation may be parfly responsible for the effect of mercuric chloride which induces renal damage.
