摘要
本文研究了硅铁合金中痕量铬 ( <0 0 1 % )的石墨炉原子吸收分析方法。试样经硝酸、氢氟酸除去绝大部分硅后 ,选用标准加入法 ,直接在 3 57 9nm处测定铬。本法特征浓度为 0 0 9ng/mL/1 %吸收 ,线性范围为 0 2~ 1 2 0ng/mL ,回收率为95%~ 1 1 0 % ,可用于铬含量为 0 0 0 0 0x %~ 0 0 0x %的硅铁合金测定。
Determination of trace ch romium in ferrosilicon alloy by gr aphite furnace atomic absorption s pectrometry(GFASS)has been investi gated Using nitric acid and hydrof luoric acid to drive out most of sil icon,then adopting the method of s tandard addition, chromium is deter mined directly at 357 9nm The sens itivity is 0 09ng/ml/1% absorption The linear range is in the concen tration of 0 2ng/mL~120ng/mL for chromium The method can be use d for the determination of chromiu m(0 0000x%~0 00x%)in ferrosilicon a lloy
