摘要
本文研究了β修正新光度法测定痕量镍,它能准确消除反应液中剩余MX吸光度,提高分析灵敏度,使β修正吸光度(A_β)与Ni^(2+)浓度(x)成线性关系。废水及合金测定结果表明,RSD≤2.8%,加标回收率(93.8~109)%。最低检测浓度0.15mg·L^(-1)。
The determination of nickel in trace amount with novel S-modified spectophotometry is studied in this article. This method can exactly eiiminate the absorptivity ef MX remained in the reaction liquid, improve the sensitivity of analysis,and enables the relation between the β-modified absorptivity (A_β) and the concentration of Ni^(2+)(x) being linear, Results of the determinations of waste water and alloy show that RSD≤2.8%, and the standard addition recovery is 93.8~109%. The detection limit is 0.15mg.L^(-1).
