摘要
目的 证实自行设计的外表镀银的电解铜非阻断性输精管节育栓可进一步用于活体避孕。方法 观察该节育栓浸浴液中Cu2 + 浓度及其杀精能力。结果 显示该栓的浸浴液含Cu2 + 高达 2 6 9.4 5± 2 8.88μg/ 5ml,可使精子活动率和存活率明显下降 ,畸形率大大增加 ,但精子数量不变 ,且Cu2 + 浓度高时杀精效应更为明显。结论 进一步证实了Cu2 + 的杀精效力 ,并证明我们设计的节育栓具有杀精避孕的潜力 。
Objective To find out the possibility of the application in male contraception of the copper intravas device (IVD)designed by ourselves which is unblock and silver plating on the outward surface.Methods To investigate the copper ion concentration in the buffer of the infusion of the IVD and its antifertility action.Results The copper ion concentration is high to 269.45± 28.88μg/5ml . The buffer of the infusion of the IVD can completely inhibit human spermozoa motility , increase death sperm and lead to morphologic change of sperm , but not change the sperm count . Its ability of antifertility is related to copper ion concentration.Conclusions The unblocked copper IVD designed by ourselves have the ability of antifer tility in vitro , and should make a further experiment in vivo.
