摘要
针对转炉烟气净化与煤气回收系统除尘效果差 ,煤气风机叶轮粘灰严重影响风机运行的现象 ,分析二文喉口 RD阀存在的问题 ,在分析的基础上对 RD阀进行了多处改造。例如在国内首次对水箱采用多管进水 ,根据工艺要求研制了 RD阀专用喷嘴等 ,取得了很好的效果 ,恢复了文氏管除尘的工作性能 ,提高了除尘效率 ,节约了循环水的用量 。
Aimed at low-ability of dust-removal of coal gas reclaiming and converter smoke purifying system and phenomena of severe ash-adherence to impeller of coal gas blower fan, the analyzed some shortcoming of the second venturi throat-Rd Valve , and made many alternations. The multi-pipe to supply wateis used which is first , and the development special nozzle for RD valve is used so. These alternations obtain such good result renewing the working efficiency of venturi, decreasing dosage of circling water, and improving the ability of purifying smoke, effect of going are evident.
