摘要
通过对二文喉口米粒阀门采用嵌入式数字PID电液伺服控制,使系统对各种工况的适应性、控制精度、响应速度、可靠性、易维护性都有了较大的改善。对嵌入式计算机系统在电液伺服系统中的应用作了有益的尝试,并实现了阀门状态远程控制和在线监控与诊断。
Through adopting embedded digital PID, the adaptability to various operating mode, control accuracy, response speed, reliability and good maintainability of the electro-hydraulic servo control system of the second venturi throat-RD valve were improved. As an experiment, embedded computer was applied in electro-hydraulic servo system, and the remote control of valve was realized by the embedded computer system.
