摘要
本文用模拟实验方法探讨了临床肺癌介入治疗中的药物灌注问题 .对血流自然灌注区给出了新的定义 ,应用 p H值测定法对自然灌注区的形状进行了测定 .获得了介入导管端口的最佳放置位置 ,求出了药物灌注量和介入导管端口位置的关系以及药物灌注率和药液注射速度的关系 .
Drug injection technique used in interventional treatment of lung cancer are studied. A new definition for the region of natural migration is given. The form of natural migration region is tested by using a pH method. The optimum position in which the end of interventional catheter is placed, as well as the influence of the position for the end of the interventional catheter and the injection speed of drug liquid on injection effectiveness are obtained. An effective principle for conducting the drug injection in the interventional treatment of lung cancer is proposed.
