摘要 目的 :应用Branemark系统进行烤瓷冠桥种植修复 ,对烤瓷合金的选择和应用。方法 :用非贵金属合金镍铬合金 ,半贵属合金银钯合金 ,经过实验和临床应用 ,探讨有临床应用价值的铸造合金材料及操作方法。结果 :采用非贵金属进行烤瓷冠修复结果好。结论 :烤瓷合金选用非贵金属镍铬合金 。 Objective:Metal_ceramic crowns and bridge prosthesis were used in Branemark system.We selected non_precious alloy-nichrome in experimental usage,to investigate appropriate materials and manipulating method. Methods:(1)clinical information.58 implant based prostheses in Branemark system from 1995_1997 were evaluated,34 of them were single teeth,24 were crown_bridges.(2)Alloy.JENSEN(America)nichrome,SUPP_ERBOND(America)nichrome,KIK_Wine C(Japan)palladium alloy(semi_precious metal,research use).(3)Alloys were fused in the same high frequency centrifugal casting machine,pre_casting put in the same oven.On the fusing phase of casting gold,we fused alloys during early melting or coat breaking stage. Results:21 JENSEN alloy,8 success,13 failed;32 SUPP_ERBOND alloy, 24 success, 8 failed.4 KIK_Wine alloy,4 cases success,failed none.The melting point of gold cylinders in Branemark implant system are lower,and has good inertia.Gold alloy and palladium didn't induce gold cylinders to liquate.The melting point of nichrome is higher,that reaulted in gold cylinder liquate. Conclusion:The successful element is to choose KIK_Wine palladium alloy(Japan) or lower melting point nichrome,and be aware of melting degree.
