摘要
目的 利用旋光度增量测定 β环糊精 双氯芬酸钠的包合比。 方法 测定摩尔比不同的 β环糊精 双氯芬酸钠系列溶液的旋光度 ,减去相同浓度的纯主体溶液的旋光度 ,绘制旋光度增量 浓度比曲线 ,由曲线拐点所对应的主客体之比确定包合物的摩尔组成比。结果 多种旋光度增量 浓度比曲线在 β环糊精和双氯芬酸钠投料比 1∶1和 2∶1处均显示有 2个拐点 ,提示包合态双氯芬酸钠有 2种组成 ,分别为 1∶1或 2∶1。结论 旋光度增量法不仅可用于 β环糊精 双氯芬酸钠包合物组成比的确定 ,还可用于以
OBJECTIVE The inclusion ratio of β-cyclodextrin-diclofenac sodium (β-CD-DS) was determined by measuring optical activity.METHODS The polarimeter PE 24.3 was used.The optical activity of β-CD-DS solution with different molar ratio were determined.The optical activity difference between β-CD and β-CD-DS at same concentration was described against concentration ratio.RESULTS In the curve of the optical rotation increment and molar ratio, there were two turn-points at 1∶1 and 2∶1,indicating that the inclusion compound of DS with β-CD had two kinds of inclusion.CONCLUSION The method of the optical activity can be use to determine not only β-CD-DS,but also other inclusion compounds with β-CD.
