摘要
目的 :观察功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术的疗效及影响因素。方法 :选择慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者 65例 ,按Messerklinger术式进行手术 ,术后随访 1月～ 6月 ,按 1997年海口标准评价疗效。结果 :4 5例 ( 69.2 % )患者痊愈 ,2 0例 ( 3 0 .8% )好转 ,总有效率 10 0 % ,好转者中 ,12例患者有鼻中隔偏曲未矫正 ,有 8例是术后未按时换药。结论 :功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术疗效好 ,但鼻中隔偏曲、术后不能按时换药、清理痂皮均影响术腔上皮化 。
Objective:To assess the curative effect of Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery(FESS).Methods:Sixty-five patients(125 sides)with diagnostic chronic sinusitis or nasal polyps underwent FESS with Messerkinger Technique (MT).All the patients received follow up from one month to six months and the curative effet was evaluated according to 1997′s HaiKou standards.Results:Forty-five patients (69.2 %) were cured and twenty patients(30.8 %) improved.Of the later,twelve patients complicated with deviated septum,the other eight patients were not visited or cleaned regularly after operation,The total effective rate is 100 %.Conclusion:In patients with chronic sinusitis or nasal polyps,FESS is an effective treatment option.Septal deviation affects the effect of FESS.Postoperative cleaning should be performed until normal epithelialization of the FESS cavity.
