摘要
白腐真菌煤渣生物膜反应器对活性艳红染料具有良好的脱色效果 ,菌种 A、B和 C最高脱色率分别达到 84%、80 %和 95 %。共培养液类型对染料的脱色效果有明显影响 ,在三种共培养液中以共培养液 1 # 条件下获得的脱色率最高 ,其中菌种 C的影响最为显著。
A unique bioreactor using coal cinder as white rot fungal biofilm supporter was developed in this research and the highest decorization rates of basidiomycetes fungus A, B and C reached 84%, 80% and 95%, respectively. Co-culture media significantly affected the decolorization rates of dye with the best decolorization results got by 3 # coculture media. All three kinds of co-cultrue media had different buffering capacities which resulted in different pH changes during dye decolorization.
