摘要
为寻找染料脱色的微生物处理法,采用富集培养的方法从印染废水的处理装置中分离到多株脱色菌,其中一株高效脱色菌为T-2,并初步鉴定其为红酵母属的一种(Rhodotorulasp.);研究温度、pH对该菌脱色能力的影响。结果表明,该菌在培养温度为35℃、pH为3.0时对染料脱色率达到95.4%。
Several strains of dye-decolorizing yeast were isolated from dying wastewater treatment system by the enrichment culture method. The strain named T-2 had high effective decolorization. Strain T-2 was preliminarily identified as Rhodotorula sp. The optimum conditions of decolorization for strain T-2 were 35℃ and pH 3.0 with 95.4% of decolorizing rate.
