摘要
介绍进口新油种———非洲魁托原油生产重交通道路沥青的试验情况。结果表明 ,魁托原油是较好的沥青原料 ,可用于生产重交通道路沥青。 >4 70℃的魁托减渣 ,可制取 2号AH 70重交通道路沥青 ;>4 60℃减渣经浅度氧化 ,可制取 1号AH 90重交通道路沥青 ,且抗老化性能好。工业试验表明 ,魁托油与伊朗及鲁宁管输油或与阿曼及鲁宁管输油混炼 ,通过减压蒸馏 ,需要时辅以适度氧化 ,均可生产 2号AH 70重交通道路沥青。
Preparation of heavy duty road asphalt from Kuito crude oil was described. The results showed that the vacuum residue of Kuito crude was suitable for preparation of heavy duty road asphalt. The >470℃ Kuito vacuum residue met the specification of 2# AH 70 heavy duty road asphalt directly. The >460℃ Kuito vacuum residue after light blowing could prepare 1# AH 90 heavy duty road asphalt having good anti aging property. The commercial trial showed that the Kuito crude blended with Iranian crude and Luning pipe line transporting crude or blended with Oman crude and Luning pipe line transporting crude through vacuum distillation succeeded with proper blowing could produce 2#AH 70 heavy duty road asphalt.
