Status and Prospects of Control Technology for Ultrasonic Motor

摘要 简介超声电动机的工作原理和运行特性 ,介绍近几年超声电动机控制技术领域的最新成果 ,比较超声电动机的一些常用控制手段 ,分析其优缺点 。 In this paper a summarized account is first made on the principle and characteristics of ultrasonic motors, the recent achievements in the field of control technology for ultrasonic motors are introduced, then comparisons are performed among these achievements and the advantages and the disadvantages of the existing control technology are analyzed. Finally development prospects in control technology for ultrasonic motors are stated.
