摘要
介绍了用有限单元法对一种新型超声电动机耦合振子的动态特性研究.计算结果和实验结果符合.另外,还研究了耦合振子各组成部分的尺寸和形状对频率和振型的影响,以找到它们的最佳组合.
Research on the dynamic characteristics of a new type coupling vibrator o{ PUM by finite element method is presented in this paper. The calculating results are consistent with experimental results. Furthermore, we have studied influence on frequency and mode shape of size and shape of the component parts of the coupling vibrator to find their best combination.
