摘要
对影响阀控密封电池浮充电一致性的原因从电化学角度进行了分析 ,认为电极一致性、电解液密度、气体再化合是影响的 3个因素。电极差异是产生浮充电压一致性差的最主要因素 ;气体再化合产生的电压一致性因素不易消除。针对以上 3种原因 ,提出了改进措施并进行了探讨。
The cause analysis of poor uniformity of floating charge for VRLA batteries has been made in terms of electrochemical principle.The electrode uniformity,density of electrolyte and gas recombination are considered as three main influential factors,among which the difference in electrodes is the main one causing poor uniformity of float voltage.It is difficult to eliminate the factor of voltage inconsistency caused by gas recombination.Improvement measures have been proposed and discussed for the three factors mentioned above.
