摘要
本文研究了负极活性物质配方、正、负极板栅厚度比例、电解液的数量对电池密闭反应效率(氧复合)的影响。结果表明,负极活性物质中添加的防氧剂和乙炔黑对O_2的复合均略有影响。在所研究的负:正板栅厚度在71%~55%的范围内,对电池的密闭反应效率没有明显的影响均在99%以上。而正极厚度的增加时,其寿命有明显的增加。注入电池中的硫酸的体积对密闭反应效率有着十分显著的影响。
The following factors affecting the recombination efficiency are studied. These are: the recipi of negative material; the thickness ratio between positive and negative grids; the amount of electrolyte. It is found that the oxidation inhibitors and acetylene black added in the negative active material show a slight influence on the efficiency. No remarkable effect has been found at the thickness ratio of the negative grid to positive in the tested range of 71 % to 55 %. With incresing positive plate thickness,the cycle life is much improved. The amount of electrolyte filled into the batteries has strong effect on the efficiency.
