摘要
本文通过试验分析了影响柴油机磨合效果的主要因素─—负荷、速度,并得出了以下结论:强化负荷和速度,是使磨合盛期提前到来、实现快速磨合的重要手段;浮动式交替加负荷、加速,是实现快速磨合、保证磨合质量的重要措施。
Based on experiments, analysis has been carried out to investigate the primary factors, load and speed, that affect the running-in result of a diesel engine. Meantime, conclusion has been drawn that to intensify the load and speed during running-in is an important way to reach an eariler coming of abrasion wear summit, and float alternative loading and speeding is an effective measure allowed to fulfil fast running-in and assure running-in quality.
