摘要
通过分析对比几种待选磨合油的理化性能指标及其应用后的元素光谱分析和磨合效果,得出自行研制的磨合油是其中的最佳磨合油。应用新磨合油可以大大缩短磨合时间,提高磨合质量。结合新磨合油的特点以及D6114系列柴油机生产实际,制定并应用新的磨合规范,可以大大提高工厂的经济效益。
By analyzing and comparing the physicochemical indexes, spectrum analysis results and running-in effects of proposed running-in oils, ourselves-developed running-in oil was considered as the best one, and applying it, the running-in time was shorted greatly and running-in quality was improved. Considering features of the running-in oil and practical production conditions of D6114, the new running-in criterion was established and was applied ,which could improve the economic benefits of the company largely.
