摘要
《城市居住区规划设计规范》GB5018093(简称《规范》)对居住区公共服务设施的建设做了明确的规定。随着我国社会经济发展,户均人口的减少,相应规模的居住小区,由于人口减少,小区配套生活服务设施亦应随之调整,并论述了适应新形势需要应增加的居住区配套设施。
The construction of public service facilities in residebtial district is clearly defined in″Code for Urban Residebtial District Planning and Design″GB50180-93.As the decrease of average number of persons per household along with our country's social and economic develop-ment,the auxiliary living service facilities of residential district should be appropriately adjusted.In this article,the additional service facilities needed in residebtial district to conform to new sit-uation are also discussed.
