摘要
中西医结合是治疗鼻咽癌的较好方法,如何充分发挥中、西医两种疗法的优势,取长补短,既提高临床疗效,又提高生存质量,是有待研究的重大课题。本文提出了中西医结合防治鼻咽癌的5种研究思路:鼻咽癌中医辨证分型的研究,中药对放射治疗增敏作用的研究,中医药防治放疗副作用的研究,中医药对晚期鼻咽癌、放疗后失败或复发的治疗研究,中医药预防鼻咽癌的研究。
TCM combined with western medicine (WM) is a better therapy for the treatment of nasopha-ryngeal carcinoma (NC). But how to elaborate the superi ority of both TCM and WM so as to increase the curative effect and improve the life quality is an important topic worthy of further study. This article presents the following thinking for the study, i. e.,TCM syndrome differentiation of NC, Chinese herbal drug for enhancing the sensitivity of radiotherapy, Chinese herbal drug for decreasing the side effect of radiotherapy, TCM therapy for cases with relapse of failing to response to radiotherapy, and TCM therapy for the prevention of NC.
