摘要
目的 观察单涎酸神经节苷酯 (GM1)对移植后的肾上腺髓质嗜铬细胞线粒体的作用。方法 体视学方法测量实验组和对照组线粒体的体积密度 (Vv)、面积密度 (Sv)、数密度 (Nv)、比表面 (δ)、平均体积 (V)。结果 实验组线粒体的Vv较对照组小 ,Sv较对照组大 ,Nv较对照组大 ,δ较对照组大 ,V较对照组小。结论 GM1能提高嗜铬细胞的成活率 ,促进嗜铬细胞功能增强 ,并促进其功能恢复 ,从而使帕金森病模型大鼠的诱发旋转行为得以明显改善。
Objective To study the effect of ganglioside monosialate (GM 1) on the mitochondria in chromaffin cells by the method of sterology.Methods The volume density (Vv),surface density (Sv),numerical density (Nv),specific surface (δ) and mean volume (V) of the mitochondria in chromaffin cell were measured by the method of sterology.Results The Nv,δ of the mitochondria in treatment group were higher and V was lower than that in control group.Conclusion GM 1 can promote the survival of chomaffin cells in host brain and their efficiency.Therefore,the rotary behavior induced by apomorphine can be relieved obviously.
