摘要
本研究通过对大白鼠长期的耐力训练,观察其对大白鼠骨骼肌纤维类型及肌中线粒体体密度的不同影响,认为对以慢肌纤维为主的比目鱼肌影响不大,对以快肌纤维为主的趾长伸肌有明显的影响,对其肌中的线粒体体密度的增加有显著意义。
Marked changes take place in the ultrastructures of myocardia of the big white rats through long-term endurance training. Compared with the control group, the sarcomeres in the training group are+0.175μm longer (P<0.05), the volume densities of mitochondria are+7.75%μm greater (P<0.05). The electron densties of the particles are greater too; cristae are closer and the intercalated disks are closely connected artd tortuous.With regard to the rats killed immediately after one hour training, some of the myofibrillae take in the form of contracture; the shortest length of sarcomeres is only 0.4μm, which is 2.4 times shorter than that of the rats under quiet conditions. The myosin filaments are looser, the cristae mitochondriales are sparser and the electron densities of the particles are lowered.As to the rats killed right after more than two hours' training, the myofibrillae of one rat appear in the form of contracture, and those of the other rats become looser——the sarcomeres become obviously longer, the longest being 2.05μm. The myosin filaments are disarranged, forming different angles with Z-bands; the cristae mitochondriales are sparse and fractured, the electron densities of the particles are generally very low, and the mitochondriales appear in the form of vacuoles.
